By organizing and hosting a SPA PARTY, you will receive perks for serving as an ambassador to Nivika MedSpa. Just invite at least six friends interested in having a treatment and let us do the rest! We will start your SPA PARTY with a brief educational segment that will focus on skin rejuvenation and treatments that we offer at Nivika MedSpa. Your guests can customize their treatments based on their needs for the evening and ongoing care. Our licensed staff will consult individually as needed and answer all questions. We would like to make this a fun event filled with lots of education! Of course, there will be discounted specials exclusively for your guests to take advantage of. If they are unsure of a treatment for the evening or want to think about or research more, they will have the opportunity to purchase a gift certificate at the event to use in the near future.
As the organizer, we will thank you with a special gift for trusting us with taking care of your friends and you will receive “Hostess Dollars” for 10% of the total sales to be used at Nivika MedSpa in the future. Your Hostess Dollars will be credited to your account, or you may choose to receive a gift certificate.
The Details: Hostess Responsibilities
- Invite at least six friends who will either have a treatment or will be purchasing a gift certificate. If you invite 8 guests who will either have a treatment or will purchase a gift certificate; you will receive an ADDITIONAL 10% OFF of the EXCLUSIVE party specials!
- You will receive a gift certificate for one chemical peel for any friend who schedules a SPA PARTY. This certificate will be given to you at their SPA PARTY or mailed to you once the event has taken place. There is no limit to the amount of certificates you can receive!
- RSVP one week in advance to confirm the date and provide an estimated count of participants. 72 hours (3 days) in advance we must receive a count of your guests, their names, phone numbers, emails, and list of services desired. We schedule our staff at this point to accommodate your party. If we do not have six confirmed guests (7 including the hostess); we will reschedule your party. We will email you a copy of the EXCLUSIVE party specials for the evening for you to pass along to your friends! If they have questions, please don’t hesitate to have them contact the spa at 410-451-4440.
- You may provide light refreshments such as wine, but it will be your responsibility to remind your guests this is an educational/social event not a “party.” It will also be your responsibility to interact with the spa manager during the event to assist with your guests as needed. ALL CONSENTS FOR ANY TREATMENT MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION OF ANY LIQUIDS.
Nivika MedSpa Responsibilities
- Provide education and treatments in our MedSpa with your guests only. Answer all questions.
- We will provide light refreshments – water, soft drinks, ice, snack foods such as cheese and crackers. You are welcome to bring any other food or snack you would like to have, please let us know when you give your final RSVP what you will be providing.Treatments will be completed at the SPA PARTY based on time available. We can organize a sign-up sheet or guests can take turns as they are ready. For those not able or who want to have a treatment done the night of the SPA PARTY, they may purchase a gift certificate to be used in the future. You may purchase multiple gift certificates for multiple procedures but you may only purchase one per procedure.
