Save the date for your Spa Party!
By organizing and hosting a SPA PARTY, you and your guests will receive special pricing for treatments and product. Just invite at least six friends interested in having a treatment(s). We will start your SPA PARTY with a brief educational segment that will focus on skin rejuvenation and treatments that we offer at Nivika MedSpa. Your guests can customize their treatments based on their needs. Our licensed staff will consult individually as needed and answer all questions. We would like to make this a fun event filled with lots of education! Of course, there will be discounted specials exclusively for your guests to take advantage of.
You will receive “Hostess Dollars” for 10% of the total sales to be used at Nivika MedSpa in the future. Your Hostess Dollars will be credited to your account.
The Details: Hostess Responsibilities
- Invite at least six friends who will either have a treatment or will be purchasing a gift certificate.
- RSVP one week in advance to confirm the date and provide an estimated count of participants. 72 hours (3 days) in advance we must receive a count of your guests, their names, phone numbers, emails, and list of services desired. We schedule our staff at this point to accommodate your party. If we do not have six confirmed guests (7 including the hostess); we will reschedule your party. We will email you a copy of the EXCLUSIVE party specials for the evening for you to pass along to your friends! If they have questions, please don’t hesitate to have them contact the spa at 410-451-4440.
- You may provide light refreshments such as snacks and beverages and wine if you choose, but it will be your responsibility to remind your guests this is an educational/social event not a “party.” It will also be your responsibility to interact with the spa manager during the event to assist with your guests as needed. ALL CONSENTS FOR ANY TREATMENT MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION OF ANY LIQUIDS.
- Any prepurchased services at Spa party expires within 1 year from date of party.
Nivika MedSpa Responsibilities
- Provide education and treatments in our MedSpa with your guests only. Answer all questions.
- Treatments will be completed at the SPA PARTY based on time available. We can organize a sign-up sheet or guests can take turns as they are ready. For those not able to have a treatment done the night of the SPA PARTY, they may prepurchase to be used in the future.
